On our first day of the year 2011...
...we went for a walk outside as the weather was SOOOOOO WARM! (It was so warm we could walk outside without our gloves and heavier layers on, and Owen could wear his hat sideways!)
...we painted the snowman blue! (He was looking a little pale.) :o)
...we swung on our porch swing! (Yes, it is January 1st, and we were sitting out on our front porch swinging on the swing and comfortably enjoying the fresh air!)
...we watched the Rose Bowl parade (which Owen LOVED) and a little bit of a college football game!
...we ate our traditional meal of pork and sauerkraut! (Notice I didn't say enjoyed as Ivy and Owen are still not fans of this traditional meal, but Daddy likes it, and Mommy loves it!)
