getting old...

...at 2!?!?

Tonight, as I was getting the kids ready for bed, I was marveling at the fact that Owen is now 2 years old (already!). As I was thinking of my little boy being 2, I asked the question, "Owen, how does it feel to be 2 years old?"

As his older sister usually does, Ivy answered the question for Owen. Ivy's response to my question was "SAD!"

Now, I had to inquire further as to why Owen would feel SAD about turning 2, to which Ivy, in all seriousness, remarked, "Because he'll really miss the number 1!" :-)
